Maries Lucky Paws opened in early 2020 providing help to people during Covid who couldn't go outside to walk their dog. Once restrictions were lifted I started offering Pet sitting alongside dog walking and grew my business, having 20 regular customers. At the end of 2023 I closed my business temporarily to move locations. Now in 2025 I have reopened Providing care to pets in and around Nottingham. With 4+ years of professional experience, Insurance, Canine first aid training and an enhanced DBS check.
I am Marie. I have been a dog walker and pet sitter for 4 years professionally but grew up with dogs, cats, ducks, fish and small pets from birth. I am experienced with all different breeds, from German Shepherds, Huskies and Weimaraners to jack Russells, pugs and Yorkshire terriers.
I am calm, reliable and attentive to each animals individual needs. whether its a high energy pup who needs a good run or a nervous rescue who needs extra reassurance, I always take the extra time to connect in a way that works best for them.
Im based in Nottingham NG1. I cover all surrounding areas. ​​
I do currently have a second job, but this is my main priority.​
